Shipping policy

Order Processing Times:
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt.

Delivery charges:
All U.K. deliveries are completely free, with no additional charges or minimum purchase required. We believe every customer deserves hassle-free delivery, which is why we cover shipping costs for you.

Delivery times :
Once your order has been processed, delivery times generally vary between 5 and 7 working days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays.

Delivery tracking:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. This will enable you to track your package until it is delivered.

Delivery locations:
We currently deliver throughout the continental United Kingdom. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO) or international addresses.

International Delivery:
We currently do not offer international delivery outside of the United Kingdom.
